What is the return policy?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Is your site secure?

Yes, 100%. We prioritize your security above all else. Our store is built on Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant—the highest gold standard for e-commerce security worldwide.

When you shop with us, your sensitive data (like credit card info) is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. This is the same level of security used by major banks to keep your information private and secure. We never see or store your full credit card details; they are processed directly by our secure payment partners.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. All shipping icludes tracking information.

UK 2 to 3 working days. (Royal mail aim)
USA/World 10 working days. (Royal mail aim - sometimes longer)
What if my order is damaged on arrival?

This rarely happens, but if it does, please let me know straight away. Send an email with a photo of the damage so I can take it up with the carrier. I will provide a replacement where possible or a refund on unique items.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What are Giclée prints?

Giclée (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that Giclée printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. The result is wide acceptance of Giclée by galleries, museums, and private collectors.
Do you offer a framing service?

To give you the freedom to match your decor perfectly, we currently offer our artwork unframed. This allows you to choose a frame that fits your specific style and budget. All of our prints are created in standard A-series or inch-based sizes, so they fit perfectly into "off-the-shelf" frames from stores like IKEA, West Elm, or Amazon.

Commissions
Can I commission artwork?

You can commission me to sketch most things, animals, landscapes and buildings are the most popular.

How long do commissions take?

I will usually have artwork ready for approval within 5 working days.
Shipping in the UK add 2 to 3 days. USA/world add 10+ days.
How many images do you need?

Please send between 1 and 6 digital images of your subject to be sketched. Higher resolution is better.
Can you make changes to supplied images?

Yes, within reason.

I can for example, add or remove objects. Put two images together. Add minor details or crop areas, remove backgrounds etc.
Changes need to be discussed at the start of the commission, it is far more difficult once started.

How do I pay you?

Payment for commissions is handled in two stages to ensure you are 100% happy with the result.

  1. The Proof: Once we discuss your vision, I will create a digital proof of your artwork.
  2. Approval & Payment: After you approve the digital proof, I will send a secure Shopify invoice directly to your email. You can pay this invoice using PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or Direct Bank Transfer.
    Once payment is confirmed, your custom piece moves into shipping!

License to use artwork
Can I license your artwork?

You can license the use of most of my artwork the exception being where exclusive license have already been granted. (This is extremely rare)

Who do you license to?

The license to use my images are open to all forms of media both traditional and digital. I license to companies of all sizes and to individuals.
What licenses do you offer?

I offer a full rage of license usage, most common are single print usage and/or digital usage, extending to all rights subject to syndication.
How quickly can you supply digital images?

License of existing digital images will be delivered within two working days, usually same day as purchased.
How much does licensing cost?

I am working on a basic guidline to the different pricing structure of image licenses. For now it is best to email me or call me for individual prices. 
Do you ever work for free?

Each year I allow a limited number of non exclusive licenses for free. These tend to be for registered charities or charitable institutions that I wish to align with. Permission must be requested and granted by myself before usage can take place.

I rarely undertake commissions for free.
