SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, please note that colors may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device settings. Descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Sean-Briggs-Art reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Because we begin processing orders quickly, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOM COMMISSIONS AND DIGITAL PROOFS

For bespoke artwork and commissions, the following process applies:

The Proofing Process: After discussing your requirements, we will provide a digital proof of the artwork for your review.
Approval: By approving the digital proof via email or our messaging system, you are providing a final "Sign-Off."
Finality of Sale: Once a digital proof is approved, the order is moved into final production. At this stage, the order becomes non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled, as the work is uniquely personalized to your specifications.
Payment: Payment for commissions is required upon approval of the proof unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. Please refer to our Refund Policy for issues regarding items damaged during transit.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, images, and text on this site are the intellectual property of Sean-Briggs-Art. Your purchase of a physical print or custom commission grants you the right to display the artwork for personal use only. You do not acquire any commercial reproduction rights or copyrights. You must not reproduce, modify, or resell the artwork without our prior written consent.

SECTION 8 - DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital products are delivered via a download link. Once the link has been accessed or sent to your email, the sale is final and non-refundable. You may not share, redistribute, or resell digital files.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Sean-Briggs-Art is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Sean-Briggs-Art.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

SECTION 11 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
