Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sean-Briggs-Art. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
We know you're excited to receive your artwork!

Ready-to-ship Prints: We aim to dispatch all existing print orders the same day they are placed. However, please allow up to 2 business days for processing during busy periods.

Custom Commissions: Processing times for custom work are discussed during the proofing stage and begin only after your final digital proof has been approved.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All of our artwork is sent via Royal Mail using their fully tracked services to ensure your order arrives safely.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your Royal Mail tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your art’s journey directly on the Royal Mail website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sean-Briggs-Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact us at sean@seanbriggs.co.uk within 48 hours. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork so we can file a claim with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement for you.
