Orford cannon sketch | Limited edition fine art print from an original drawing.

I had a wander through the village to the mostly hidden keep where I found a couple of cannon. Orford Castle in Suffolk, England, was built by Henry II between 1165 and 1173 to consolidate royal power. Coastal fortifications at Orford were armed in later centuries to defend against potential invasions.
