Cumbrian mountains sketch | One-off original watercolour sketch.

Mountains are landforms created by tectonic plate movements over millions of years, often resulting in complex geology. Erosion from wind, water, and ice constantly reshapes these towering peaks into the dramatic landscapes we see today. Fog forms when air near the ground cools and water vapor condenses, often shrouding mountain peaks in a layer of mystery. Standing here in the silent, swirling mist, I feel as though the world has paused just to catch its breath. I hope this sketch helps you find that same quiet peace in your own busy life.
