Elterwater bridge sketch | One-off original watercolour sketch.

Elterwater is a picturesque village in the English Lake District, known for its small size and stunning valley setting. The area has a rich history related to the gunpowder industry, which operated in the nearby valley from the 19th century until 1930. Elterwater Bridge is a classic example of the traditional stone arch bridges that define the architectural character of the Lake District landscape.

The original artwork is Windsor & Newton watercolour paints with chinagraph details on Saunders Mill NOT 300 gsm watercolour paper. Signed with certificate of originality (14cm x 19cm)

The graphite pencils I use are Faber-Castel, the oil pastels are Sennelier and the china-graph is Caran d’Ache. The inks are pigment based archive quality (100years+).
