Hill top farm sketch | Limited edition fine art print from an original drawing.

Hill Top Farm was famously purchased by author Beatrix Potter in 1905 with the proceeds from her first book, The Tale of Peter Rabbit. The property is a quintessential example of 17th-century Lakeland architecture, featuring traditional stone construction and slate roofing that has remained largely unchanged for centuries. Many of the intricate illustrations in Potter's beloved children's stories were directly inspired by the farmhouse interior and the surrounding cottage garden.
